It can be difficult to know where to start when it comes to updating your home décor, especially when using a neutral pallet. If you’re looking at giving your home a much-needed refresh, look no further! Last year Painthouse launched a new colour in their Painthouse Modern Living Range, ‘Vale’, it’s a timeless classic. It's an off-white, linen-esque coloured paint and would fall firmly in the trendy 'greige' section of the colour chart.

With tones of grey-green, Vale is the perfect choice for smaller spaces like bathrooms, spare bedrooms and living spaces as it widens rooms and heightens ceilings, giving the illusion of a bigger room. It's so versatile and can be styled with a wide range of shades, from blues to blacks to reds. We think it works best with another neutral, like white or a lighter beige like Cirena, then scattered with hints of navy blue like Wyatt.

Painthouse has a vibrant paint scheme with swoon-worthy neutrals that are designed to inject warmth and personality into your home décor. Their paints are non-toxic, quick drying and are near-zero VOC. Plus they have a range of paints which is certified fire retardant. They have the same quality and usability as the standard Painthouse range with the addition of fire retardant chemicals that react together to form a carbon char that doesn’t burn. The fire retardant paint comes in 12 beautiful colours which are available in 750ml and 2.5 tins. The standard Painthouse range comes in a wonderful collection of 72 colours and come in the same size tins plus samples of 100ml.
