Making our own Christmas decorations with Who Gives a Crap Toilet Paper

At the beginning of this year we made a conscious effort to cut the office waste down even more. One of the ideas was to source eco-friendly toilet paper (that isn’t packaged in plastic). We found Who Gives a Crap toilet paper who use only recycled paper - they don’t cut down trees for any of their products, it’s all 100% Recycled and it’s a company that gives back to less advanced communities (it’s a toilet paper that literally builds toilets!). We also fell completely in love with its cute outer decorative paper.

We seized the festive spirit this year by making are own Christmas office decorations. What better way to use the lovely packaging from Who Gives a Crap? My plans include making the office into our very own winter wonderland.

Making your own Christmas decorations couldn’t be simpler; we made paper chains and snowflakes – no glue necessary. Making your own festive dec’s is much better than purchasing the ones you can get is shops; and let’s face it they are mostly plastic and can’t be recycled after use. Plus we get to show off our crafting skills (all in the name of Christmas of course!). Hopefully other people and customers that come into our showroom may be inspired to do a similar thing by re-using their own Who Gives a Crap toilet paper packaging, or using other recyclable materials to decorate this Christmas. It’s a great way to encourage children to make eco-friendly decisions this Christmas and they are more than likely happy to help if it involves arts and craft!
