Delivery Options
Standard Delivery - Typically delivered within 1 to 3 working days to Zone 1 and 2-6 working days to Zone 2 when ordered before midday.
Free Delivery Offer - Same service as the Standard Delivery. Applicable on orders over £100 inc VAT and delivery to postcodes in Zone 1. Products found in the lime and Insulation categories are excluded from this offer.
Saturday or Morning Deliveries - these options are not available online but are available if you Contact Us. There are additional charges for these services.
Some products will have extended delivery times than the selected option during checkout. These products will have their lead times on their respective pages.
Delivery timescales are only an indication and are never guaranteed.

Order Notes
If you want us to try and deliver on a specific day, please use the order notes field during checkout, and we will endeavour to deliver on the stated day where possible. If the requested day is not possible, we will contact you to advise an alternative solution.
If you have specific information to aid delivery, such as requests to leave an order in a safe place. Please specify in the order notes field. Please note that it's up to the couriers' discretion to follow instructions.
Delivery Prices
Delivery prices vary depending on what you are ordering, how much, and where the delivery address is.
Get an estimated delivery cost before going to checkout.
- Add the item/s you want to your Cart.
- Click the VIEW OR EDIT YOUR CART button on the added to cart overlay or click the Shopping Cart icon in the top right corner.
- You are now in your Shopping Cart. Under the Subtotal, click the ESTIMATE SHIPPING & TAX button.
- Enter your postcode, and your delivery options and costs will be displayed.
Delivery Zones
Zone 1 - Our standard delivery prices cover mainland Wales/England and most of Scotland. Free delivery is available on orders over £100 inc VAT, excluding products found in the lime and insulation categories.
Zone 2 - A range of postcodes in Scotland that are more expensive to ship to with carriers. As a result, we need to charge more to these locations. Free delivery is not available to these addresses in this zone.
Offshore & Northern Ireland - These locations will need a bespoke quote as delivery prices to these locations are heavily variable. Please Contact Us outlining your needs.
International Delivery
We currently do not offer international delivery. Unfortunately, this includes the Republic of Ireland at this moment in time. We are actively looking at this as we fully understand new BREXIT procedures. We will endeavour to offer this again.
Tracking data
Tracking data, if available, will be emailed to you when we ship the items to you. Some parcel carriers will text a timeslot for delivery. Pallet carriers on economy services will call you to discuss delivery times and days.
Colour Cards
Colour cards are sent free of charge. You can order them from the website like any other product.
Returns
Please contact us if you want to return an item for any reason. Our standard return period is 30 days. Coloured paint is not eligible for return and some products if used for any period of time for sanitary & hygiene reasons (such as duvets and pillows) are also not eligible for return. We do not supply goods on a trial basis.
In short, our Returns process is:
- You contact us to let us know you would like to return a product. This has to be done within 14 days of receiving the goods.
- Within 14 days of notifiying us, you then return the goods to us in their original packaging (including the Celtic Sustainables Limited’s outer packaging). All Goods returned must be undamaged and complete.
- Put your order number or invoice number on the box so when the Goods are received we can quickly identify it has come from you.
- You are liable for the Goods while they are being returned and also the postage/carriage/collection costs of returning the goods (we can arrange collection of the Goods if that is more convienent for you).
- When we have received the Goods we will access their condition and issue a refund for the Goods within 14 days of the items arriving at Celtic Sustainables. The refund is dependent on the Goods arriving in the same condition as supplied and,
- Returns on non-faulty Goods subject to a restocking charge at Celtic Sustainables Limited’s discretion, up to a maximum of 30%.

Damages and Spillages
Where goods are received damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours. We will require images of the damages. You can send us pictures either by email or WhatsApp. Please Contact Us if you have any damages.
