A high quality centrifugal jet-pump, with stainless steel motor body. It is submersible and self-priming, with electronic flow control (ie will automatically pump on demand). The electronic flow control responds to the pressure in the outlet pipe. As the user draws water by opening a tap or similar, the pump starts, turn it off and the pump cuts out automatically. 10m cable.
Being water-cooled it is also very quiet in operation.
This unit is very similar to the X-AJE P pump. The principle difference is the software controller on the X-AJE B is designed for PERMANENT installations, such as water harvesting or a dedicated supply out to an irrigation system where the demand and use is going to be similar on a routine basis.
The X-AJE B series is designed for pumping clean water only and should therefore be used with an intake strainer or floating inlet where submerged in a tank. The impeller will be damaged if abrasives and solids are run through it.
The software includes pressure control, anti-blocking system, leak detection, and dry run protection with automatic restart, and as identified above, optimised for permanent use.
It is very safe in an outside application, as the pump is totally water proof. This makes it especially safe where children are around - for total peace of mind.
This pump can function either submerged or above water. The professional build quality incorporates high quality oversized steel bearings, ceramic-graphite shaft seal and reliable electronics, making it suitable for demanding applications and high duty cycles.

NB - a float switch floats in the water of the water-tank and as the water drops and rises either activates or de-activates the pump. If you need a bespoke length of cable for your float-switch then please contact us on 01239 777009.
Pressure Vessel
We highly recommend you fit a pressure vessel to the water delivery pipework (after the pump). Pressure Vessels help increase the life of your automatic pump when there are leaks in your pipe network/taps. Read more about how Pressure Vessels work.
